About Claire Dunn Design

Claire Dunn Design is a multifaceted business run solely by creative sewist, repairist and sewing facilitator Claire Dunn.

Claire originally from Cardiff,  trained as a professional contemporary dancer at Laban in London.

Whilst training she had the option to study costume for dance and feel in love with sewing.

 She has created a livelihood from sewing for the past 24years in Devon.

For Claire sustainability is at the core of what she does and combines  this with her love of Vintage fabrics when it comes to the creative side of the business at Vintage meets Contemporary.

Claire also offers a repair and alterations service as well as running sewing groups for ages 9 to 99.
