The terms and conditions listed apply to the sale of goods between the customer and Claire Dunn Design.


By ordering with us you are accepting these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions can be changed without any prior notification and it remains the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with them before placing an order.

Fabrics used
Where it states a fabric is Vintage it is known to the best of our ability that it at least 30 years old
Where it states a fabric is 'not new' the age of the fabric is unknown and is bought on the condition it is deadstock or no longer needed for its intended purpose.
All fabrics used are are of a high quality and in very good condition.
Every care is taken to ensure all fabrics used in the construction of our garments are polyester free.
All fabrics are sourced from reputable sellers within the UK.

Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to product availability.
The prices of products are correct at the time of publication on our website.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification
All goods are priced in GBP.
All goods are exclusively designed and made by Claire Dunn in Devon UK.

Customer responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information given on your order is complete and accurate.
Where information given by the customer is incomplete or incorrect the customer will be liable for any costs occurred in resolving the matter.
The customer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish or use in any manner any item or content on the website.

Payment checks
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If payment authorisation is refused by the issuer we will not dispatch the goods and will not be liable for any delay or non delivery of orders.
Payments on the website are made by card or PayPal.

Postage
All products are posted via Royal mail.
When posted with in the UK it will be sent First Class Signed for.
When posted to the EU it will be sent Tracked and Signed for. Please note an import tax maybe added when it reaches your country. Please check before ordering.

Where a product has been arranged for collection from our studio, we will be in touch to arrange a collection date. It is the customers responsibility to collect within 1 week of purchase.

Returns
We endeavour to create each garment to a high standard and give to the best of our knowledge  an accurate description of all our products.
Should you feel you want to return an item please contact us in the first instance.
We have a 14 day return policy from when the item is received by the customer.
We are unable to pay return shipping costs unless an item is proven to be faulty.
Any custom made items are non- refundable.

Claire Dunn Design is a sole trader.
